What you will be doing:
Based within the University of Bradford Dubai Regional Hub Recruitment team, the post holder will be responsible for delivering activities to convert applicants and offer holders into enrolled students. The post holder will also be responsible for executing conversion activities with applicants and will actively review and monitor the effectiveness of all activities against agreed KPIs.
Qualifications/ experience:
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of delivering good customer experience and meeting the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience working in a diverse operation, preferably in higher education environment. The markets covered within this role are Turkey, Oman, Egypt and Pakistan.
