We are seeking a motivated Alumni and Development Data Officer who shares our values and has experience of managing and maintaining CRM systems, databases, and digital marketing tools.
You will lead on day-to-day data management, develop our CRM system, and provide vital technical support and training to colleagues. This will include extracting, producing and analysing data and reports to inform day to day operations and contribute to strategic decision making.
We are proud of the essential role our alumni and donor communities play in our strategy. The Alumni and Development Data Officer will ensure the University's alumni and development activity is driven by robust evidence and strong data insight. By leading financial monitoring processes and managing enquiries, the successful candidate will help us deliver quality and informed alumni engagement and fundraising activity.
