This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing a HEFCE-funded catalyst project designed to develop the resilience and mental wellbeing of all Post Graduate Research students at the University of Bradford, and contribute to the development of a vibrant research community. The post-holder will manage the project overall and support the development and operation of the scheme. With support from other staff in the University, you will be responsible for putting in place a programme of events and initiatives, including setting up small peer groups across disciplines and running residential events with a focus on connectivity, communication and self-care.
You will need to be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills as the project will need to be run according to a strict schedule. You will need to be confident in developing and delivering psycho-educational workshops as well as supporting imaginative and sustainable initiatives in promoting well-being. Confidence in the imaginative use of social media and other technologies is essential.
This is a part time role (0.5 FTE).
