As an AV Specialist within our IT Service Delivery team, you will support and maintain the University’s Audio‑Visual, event, and teaching technologies. You’ll work closely with colleagues across IT, contributing to day‑to‑day operations, system monitoring, and improvement projects. We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, challenges existing approaches, and helps drive continuous enhancement of our AV services.

What you will be doing:
You will be working as part of the Audio-Visual Team within Service Delivery to support the Audio Visual, event and teaching systems within the university. You’ll work very closely with your colleagues within Service Delivery along with other teams in the IT department. You’ll be maintaining and monitoring our existing systems and you’ll be involved in projects to enhance and upgrade our offering and teaching facilities. We’re looking for someone who is prepared to challenge the status quo; ask why; and help drive improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications/ experience:
- 5 GCSEs (Grade A to C) including English Language and Maths, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant degree, or equivalent qualification, or relevant work experience.
