Directorate

This maternity cover role sits within International Recruitment and Global Partnerships, part of the Directorate of Outreach, Recruitment and Marketing.
The team is responsible for recruiting international students to the University of Bradford, managing relationships with international agents and partners, and delivering recruitment activity in priority markets.

The UK International Recruitment Officer plays a key role in supporting international student recruitment already based in the UK and selected international markets, working collaboratively across the University. The role supports the University of Bradford’s values of Excellence, Trust, Innovation and Inclusion, helping to ensure a positive, fair and high-quality experience for applicants, partners and colleagues.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading UK-based international student recruitment activity to support applicant pipelines and enrolment targets.
  • Managing relationships with international agents, foundation and English language providers.
  • Coordinating recruitment activity for priority markets and overseeing associated budgets in collaboration with the Senior International Marketing Officer.

Qualifications/ experience:

  • Level 3 qualification (A-levels or equivalent), including GCSE level English and Maths.
  • Experience working of working within in a recruitment or marketing function in an educational environment.
  • Experience of delivering and evaluating marketing or recruitment campaigns.
