Directorate
As part of the Learning, Teaching & Student Experience Directorate our vision is to provide an inclusive, integrated, and innovative service to students, University staff, external partners and other stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- You will lead the operations of a busy service that removes barriers, promotes inclusive practice, and creates reasonable adjustments to students’ learning programmes and university experience.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and strong decision-making skills, with evidence of previous experience of line management or team leadership.
- You will promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture that supports team cohesion and student access, progression, and retention.
Qualifications:
Degree plus higher degree or formal professional qualification
