What you will be doing:
Achieve student recruitment targets in designated international markets through effective planning and execution aligned with the University’s strategy.
Build and manage relationships with agents, institutions, embassies, and ministries to maximise enrolments and protect the University’s reputation.
Research new and emerging markets, monitor competitors, and provide strategic recommendations on opportunities and partnerships.
Represent the University at recruitment events, lead delegations, and deliver tailored communications and training to agents.
Support conversion activities, manage BASALT exams, and ensure compliance with UKVI visa regulations to minimise refusals.
Evaluate recruitment outcomes, monitor agent performance, and produce reports and forecasts to inform future strategy
Qualifications/ experience:
- Degree and/or relevant work experience in HE
- Experience in international student recruitment, preferably in Pakistan & Turkey
- Ability to write informative reports within time limits
- Experience of dealing with people across a range of organisations and at different levels
- Awareness of current issues affecting international students
- Excellent public relations manner and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of student VISA requirements
- Experience of using CRM systems/ databases to input and manage data
- Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to audiences of various sizes
