  243,289 AED per annum. Monday to Friday 9 am - 6pm with requirement to undertake some evening and weekend work.

What you will be doing:

  Achieve student recruitment targets in designated international markets through effective planning and execution aligned with the University’s strategy.

  Build and manage relationships with agents, institutions, embassies, and ministries to maximise enrolments and protect the University’s reputation.

  Research new and emerging markets, monitor competitors, and provide strategic recommendations on opportunities and partnerships.

  Represent the University at recruitment events, lead delegations, and deliver tailored communications and training to agents.

  Support conversion activities, manage BASALT exams, and ensure compliance with UKVI visa regulations to minimise refusals.

  Evaluate recruitment outcomes, monitor agent performance, and produce reports and forecasts to inform future strategy

Qualifications/ experience:

  • Degree and/or relevant work experience in HE 
  • Experience in international student recruitment, preferably in Pakistan & Turkey 
  • Ability to write informative reports within time limits 
  • Experience of dealing with people across a range of organisations and at different levels 
  • Awareness of current issues affecting international students 
  • Excellent public relations manner and presentation skills 
  • Working knowledge of student VISA requirements 
  • Experience of using CRM systems/ databases to input and manage data 
  • Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to audiences of various sizes
