Faculty
You will join a truly innovative School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, with a suite of postgraduate programmes, a fully integrated MPharm based on Team-Based Learning and excellence in research. You will be an experienced and enthusiastic teacher and take a proactive role in developing new learning materials alongside our highly experienced and supportive team.
What you will be doing:
You will be supporting the NHS England (NHSE) funded Specialist Mental Health Pharmacy Training Pathway which delivers specialist training for community and primary care mental health pharmacy professionals nationally. We have been commissioned to provide this pathway for a further 1 year, following 3 years of successful cohorts.
The key objectives of this postholder will be:
- To develop materials and deliver study days
- Assess and support students QI projects
- Inspire students to take their projects further and enhance future research initiatives
Qualifications/ experience:
The post holder will be an experienced practitioner with prior experience of teaching healthcare professionals or healthcare students about quality and service improvement and leadership. Applicants should have a professional background and you should hold a relevant postgraduate qualification.
