Directorate

This role sits within the OD and Culture team, which is part of People, Culture and Wellbeing directorate. The team is rapidly building a successful portfolio of OD services that are driving the development and embedding of the University’s values, and the key skills, expectations and behaviours that will deliver our vision.

What you will be doing:

As an OD consultant within the team, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of OD interventions that support the delivery of the University’s strategic aims, objectives and vision, including transformational and cultural change

Working collaboratively with our People Business partners, this involves leading, or contributing, to various OD projects and initiative with a key focus on the design and delivery of leadership and management development.

Qualifications/ experience:

    Educated to degree level or, exceptionally, have relevant consultancy experience

    OD or relevant Behavioural Science qualifications

    Coaching qualification e.g. ILM level 5, or commitment to achieving this

    Experience across People and OD activities including facilitating transformational and cultural change, competency and capability development, leadership and management development, embedding values and behaviours, talent management, team development and employee  engagement.
