What you will be doing: 

  • Provide essential administrative support across Resourcing, Temporary Staffing, and the Service Centre, with a strong focus on visa and right-to-work compliance for permanent, fixed-term, and temporary workers. 
  • Lead on tracking and recording all visa types and end dates for all permanent, fixed-term, and temporary workers. 
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with internal audits for sponsored workers and all visa holders. 
  • Deliver high-quality service and take responsibility for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters, processing payroll changes, contractual changes, family leave, and managing leavers. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for the provision of professional support to staff and managers on a range of HR queries. 

Qualifications/ experience: 

  • NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject, or equivalent level of experience 
  • Level 2 GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Experience with UKVI compliance. 
  • Experience working in an HR-related administrative role. 
  • Experience working in a busy administrative role with competing priorities and meeting deadlines. 
  • Experience working with HR and payroll systems
