Faculty/Directorate
The University of Bradford’s Marketing department are recruiting for a CRM Officer on a fixed term maternity cover. You will join a collaborative team of inventive individuals who develop solutions for capturing leads and engaging them through email, SMS and outbound calling campaigns.
What you will be doing:
- Helping prospective students work through each stage of their journey - from enquiry to enrolment - by providing personalised and relevant information to help with decision making.
- Developing and delivering a CRM plan for prospective students – working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver activities.
- Delivering all aspects of successful email campaigns – sourcing content, copywriting, design and using data to target audiences.
- Providing training, ongoing support and problem solving for stakeholders.
- Developing multi-channel and connected CRM Campaigns – incorporating lead capture forms, event bookings, email campaigns, SMS and telephone channels.
Qualifications/ experience
Direct experience of email marketing and/or CRM systems (.e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Azorus)
OR
Varied experience and skills which demonstrate reasonable technical competence with using systems to create digital content (e.g. use of WordPress or other CMS systems) and an ability to filter large datasets (e.g. database usage).
- Organisation and communication abilities to build stakeholder relationships and manage their expectations.
- Experience of developing plans, managing your own workload and reprioritising when needed.
- Experience of identifying opportunities for improvements and using data and audience insight to inform your decisions and influence colleagues..
- Education sector experience is ideal but not essential, but you will need to have an ability to empathise with different audiences and create content that inspires and encourages action.
