Faculty of Health Studies

The Faculty of Health Studies is one of the largest faculties in the University. It is a reputable provider of high quality education and training tailored to meet the needs of healthcare workforce and service users.  We provide an extensive range of programmes for healthcare professionals to develop their skills and update their knowledge.

What you will be doing:

  • High quality administrative support
  • Facilitate and minute meetings 
  • Diary management
  • Organise, prepare and delivery of Faculty events
  • First point of contact which includes meeting and greeting external visitors
  • Produce, prepare and appropriately disseminate information across a range of communication channels 

Qualifications/ experience:

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • GCSE English and Maths Grade A-c or equivalent Level 2 qualification
  • Experience of taking minutes and providing information at meetings
  • Experience of scheduling meetings on behalf of others
